Interested in obtaining a service dog?

Here is how it works:

  • Your primary medical diagnosis must impact your mobility. Our dogs are not trained to assist with seizures, diabetes, psychological/emotional, PTSD, or autism.

  • Live within the Chicagoland area.

  • Be between the ages of 13-70.

  • Be willing to attend our Monday night classes every week for at least 1 year.

  • A mandatory home visit is required for all applicants prior to acceptance.

  • Have patience as this can be a long process.
